Who does the repair?
A vetted, independent technician in your area, with at least 5 years of experience.
What does "vetted" mean?
Every technician in our network has at least 5 years of experience, has current liability insurance on file, has passed a background check, and has had their work reviewed by our team.
Do I pay for the technician's visit?
Yes, the visit isn't free: each technician has a minimum charge. But technicians in our network waive their diagnostic fee when you go ahead with the repair, because they already have your diagnostic report from Switch.
How much will the repair cost?
We don't show repair prices online. Your technician can give you a price only after inspecting the appliance in person.

What languages can I use?
English and Spanish. You can also write or speak to Switch in other languages; Switch translates them into English, and your report, buttons and safety messages are in English.
