Online Booking
Book a vetted local technician online, right after your report. Pick the times that work for you, and a technician confirms one.
Same-Day Service
Book before 2 pm for same-day service; after 2 pm, we'll get someone to you within 24 hours. Your technician arrives with your report, and their diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
A general chatbot knows a little about everything. RepairNow is built for one job: diagnosing appliances.
Switch works from thousands of manufacturer service documents, error codes and repair videos, and we're building our own diagnostic model specifically for appliances. Experienced technicians teach it every day, every repair they complete goes into it, and we update it every week.
The biggest difference is who checks the answer. A chatbot's answer isn't checked by anyone. At RepairNow, every diagnosis is reviewed by our professional technicians after Switch produces it, and confirmed by the technician who does the repair. The people who fix your appliance are the people who train Switch. That's practical knowledge from the field, not general answers from the internet.

RepairNow is built by the team at Circular Route, winner of two U.S. Department of Energy prizes (2024 and 2025) and the Texas Environmental Leadership Award.
We're based in Austin, so our technician network starts here. Every technician in our network is vetted and independent, has at least 5 years of experience, carries current liability insurance and has passed a background check. Their managers and supervisors have more than 10 years of experience in appliance repair.
